You and ceyxstudios irrevocably consent that the courts of Dresden, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

20. Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control costs, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other.

Binding Arbitration (Optional)

If informal negotiations fail, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms may be referred to arbitration under German law, if both parties agree. The arbitration shall be conducted in Dresden, Germany, in the German or English language.

Restrictions

• Arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the Parties individually.
• No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding.
• There is no right to arbitrate on a class-action basis.

21. Corrections

There may be information on the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.
